Part 2) Strength – superset 1a &1b

1a. Front Squats – 8/60%, 4/70%, (4/75%)3

1b. clean warm ups – use time in between the front squats to warm up full cleans. work up in some weight here.

2a. Squat Cleans – 6×3 – work up to a heavy set of 3. does not have “unbroken” but short cycle time between reps.

Part 3) Recovery Row or run for the rest of the session.
