1a. Supine pull up – 10 – make sure you are pulling yourself to the bar and touching your chest

1b. 25′ handstand walk (or 30 second handstand hold)

Part 3) Metcon – 4 rounds for time – 16 min cap.

Row 500m, 20 hand release push ups, 10 slam balls, 100m KB farmers carry
