2a. Reverse lunge – about 40-45% of 1rm back squat – 4×5 each leg

2b. Romainian DL – 4×5 @ about 60% of 1rm deadlift

Part 3) Metcon – 12 min AMRAP

6 thrusters(115/75), 7 TTB,  8 box jumps, 200m run
