Part 1) Warm up

Part 2) Strength / Skill – alternate exercises

1a. Overhead squat – 3-3-3-3-2-1

1b. Snatch – 6×3 – work up to about 70%

Part 3) EMOM – 15 min cycle every 3

min 1 – 8 burpees

min 2 – 2 snatches (at 70%), 1 OH squat

min 3 – 50 double unders
