2a. Bulgarian Split squat – explosive w/ bodyweight – 4×8

2b. back extension- w/ plate – 4×8

part 3) Metcon

60 Burpee box jump overs – for time, but Every min on the min, (starting at 0:00) Do 8 HSPU – new standard (or 3 wall walks)

Part 4) Extra Credit – superset

1a. KB sots press – 3×6 – clean, front squat, press x3 – work up to a heavy KB

1b. KB lunge – 50′ – single arm down and back.
