Part 1) Mobility / Warm up

Part 2) Strength – superset a&b

1a. Bench Press – 10-6-6-4-4

1b. DB Row – 6 each arm (after each set of bench) – GO HEAVY

2a. Strict pull up – 5×5 – with a 3-4 second eccentric let down, use weight if you can

2b. TRX – archer push up – 5×6 each arm

Part 3) Metcon

8 min amrap – 10 wall balls, 8 TTB, 6 burpee box jump overs (Face the box)
