2)a. Woodchopper 10 each side  b. Med Ball Sit up

Part 3) 20 min TABATA – 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off and rotate stations

a. KB Swings(24/16)

b. Sit up

c. Battle rope

d. Assault bike (men 75+rpm/ women 65+)

e. Hollow Rock (with PVC pipe overhead)

Part 4) Monthly challenge if there is enough time left
