a. Front Squat – 5×5 – work up to about 75%

b. reverse lunge – 5×4 each leg – barbell on back go up in weight – start at about 35% of 1rm back squat

Part 3) Metcon – 12 min AMRAP – bumper plate (45/25) – use the same plate for OH lunge and burpee over plate

25ft Overhead walking lunge (end post to end post), 8 Burpee over plate, 25ft OH walking lunge, 8 Toes to bar
