A. Front Squats – 5×5

B. Push Press – 5×3

Part 3) EMOM – 20 min

Clean and Jerk – Work up in weight slowly. add no more than 5 pounds per min. If you miss the lift any given round, repeat it the next round. work up to a 1rm for the day
