B. Reverse Lunge (bar on back) – 5×5 each leg @ 35-45% 1rm back squat

Part 3) 15 min amrap – with bar (95/65)- use 30# short bar if needed for space

25ft Overhead walking lunges, 6 burpee over bar, 25ft OH walking lunge, 15 Deadlift
