Part 1) Mobility / Dynamics

Part 2) Strength – do all of A first, then all of B.

A. Deadlift – 5×5 – work up to about 80%

B. Hip thrusters 8-6-4-2 – work up in weight – you can do more than you think. Keep a tight core and squeeze glutes at the top

Part 3) Metcon – 3 rounds for time

500m row, 15 pull ups, 15 goblet squats (24/16)
