a. Death by calories – Row (or on the assault bike for bragging rights!!!) – 1 calorie the first min, 2 the second, 3 the third, 4 the fourth min….etc. untill you can’t complete a round

b. Death by burpees – 1 the first min, 2 the second, etc…till you can’t complete a round

*rest 3 min *

c. 4 rounds for time

50 double unders, 15 air squats, 10 box jumps, 5 pull ups
