1b. 5 pull ups (strict if possible) after each set of bench
2 – Warm for snatches with some light snatch balance/behind the neck jerks
Part 3) Skill work
Snatch – Work on snatch skill for the rest of the session, try to establish a 1 rep for the day in the hang snatch.
