Part 1) warm up, mobility, dynamics

Part 2) Strength – Clean & Jerk Complex – 10 rounds

1 Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Jerk, Work up to a 1RM max for the day.

Part 3) WOD – 4 round for time:

10 Box jumps (24/20), 5 Hang cleans (50% or 1RM), 10 Front rack box step ups (5 each leg, @ 18/16 inches)

Part 4) Skill/ AB work – around 10 min of superman and Hollow rock from the pull up bar, and from ground. Then, 1 tabata Abs!
