Part 2) Strength – Deadlift, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1 Work up to a 1 RM for the day

Part 3) Sally up/down back squat! Strive for a heavy weight – Pause in the bottom on the “down” cue in the song, bring it up when the song says. once you drop the weight or miss the cue, you are out!

Part 4) Ab Party! 2 rounds of tabata abs, coaches choice on exercise.

Part 5) ?????????? – Coaches Choice exercise!
